Some time ago I am by chance, 'kicked and now they are more or less my "standard repertoire' Fields of the Nephilim, which I hear often. Reason enough to devote a blog entry.
The word Ha-Nephillim actually comes from Hebrew and means much as, The Feller "or" The case-making 'its origins in ancient Israel mythology. Later the term was mostly with, translated Fallen Angel '. The band was founded in 1983, dissolved in 1991 and 2005 combined. In particular, the mystical and mysterious mood of their songs has it done to me.
